About the Garisons

Jimmy and Christy have been married since 1983. They met while Christy was in college at Dallas Christian College in 1982.

Jimmy and Christy have 2 children, Caleb and Jamie. The Garisons are very blessed with how their family has grown through the years. They even have granddogs!

After living near Orange, Texas for over two decades, they both went back to school in 2005 to complete their Bachelor of Ministry degree and become ordained Ministers. They have served in various ministerial roles within the church for over 40 years.

 

In 2021 they felt led to begin their own ministry; 1RG Ministers where they are able to use their gifts, passions and experiences to help individuals and couples achieve their best lives and marriages.

 

Their mission is to empower and support men and women who desire to leave a lasting legacy of love and faith and bring glory to God.
